Have you ever used that winch? What is it rated to? Is this bar set up strong enough to mount a winch on? That skid plate, light bar, winch mount set up is so clean. It is too good to be true.

I would intentionally put myself in a situation to use it just to demonstrate the sheer awesomeness of it. Got any pics of it in action?

What year vehicle (06 OBS) do you have - we tend to make one or two extras to hold in stock to have something available between builds - but they tend to go fast ...

I haven't had the opportunity to even create a situation. I hope to get up to Silver Lake, MI where some dune riding might present an opportunity. Otherwise, I might have to wait until winter before a situation naturally occurs. The winch is rated at 4,500 lbs but technically can handle over 5k lbs. Over course with a snatch block you double that, but that's besides the point.

Is the winch plate an add-on any time, or does it have to be included when ordering so it can be fabbed onto the bar before powercoat?

Technically, it can be added anytime, but it would require the bar to be removed and re-coated. So, yeah, ideally, the winch mount would be requested when the bar is initially made.

Any of the Superwinch model will mount. The replacement for the UTV4000 is the Terra 45 Series:
