Rex 240sx project (leaving me soon)

so i got usdm nissan 240sx few weeks ago... engine gead gasket was blown, there's somehting wrong with brakes. a lot of rust. fresh tires, half a tank of gas and fresh batterie.
purouse of car will be, experiments with tuning and race, all i can race :P

and after we checked it out and did some violation

replace ka24e with ka24de
turbocharge it
custom fuel mapping
antilag
suspension upgrades

so what do you think?

re swap here costs quite a cash, and if i had that much cash i would buy wrx

btw someone here sells rb25 for 1100$ but no gearbox and ECU

Awesome!! I have used my S13 for some fun runs at a Rally-X. Got some snows and played with it a lot during the winter.

Just some notes for ya if you plan on using it at a Rally-X:
1. Get some snow tires or gravel tires
2. The Ka24e is more than enough to play in the dirt
3. Skidplates for the Front!! Especially something to protect the Clutch slave cylinder

we had problems with arc welding, because it burned holes in thin metal. so we had to find mig, it took a while and lot of nerves

finaly we got what we wanted and now works begin at full speed

Sweet deal, I have an SR20det swapped S13 coupe...definitely for tarmac use only though it should be about 330whp when it gets tuned.

i dont know... it was repainted... by the quality of painting i suppose in lithuania.. anyway i really like the colour, and will repaint it proper in same colour

due to personal conflicts... my car is moving to another place in 8th of february... at least i do hope so. then the last welding will be finnished and looks like i will stick to stock engine for a while. cuz i need ka24de wiring harness. anyways it's better this way, i'll do stuff by myself and finish it faster. so those r news on my project car.

ka24de definitely has alot of potential but a sr20ve-t hybrid build would be awesome

Looks like that will definitely be a fun project
