hopefully not. I did have stuff in the intake but not enough to kill it. I currently am not getting a signal for spark to the ignition coil. cause it just slowly died on me. so now I am gunna try an ignition module first.

and It cost $158 for a replacement phone... my feet splooshed in water so I looked down and there was my phone in the car under water. :( so now im gunna gut the interior and rip all the carpet out. and install drain plugs....

"you can't find the limits if you don't exceed them"
went into a puddle too slow with too many people in car.
car got high centered, "skid plate" bent so bad it was dragging when i got towed out
car started right up, still want a snorkel though



yeah I need to get a dual range and more higher

fun nonetheless!!

lucky.... I might need an ECU. I pulled mine out and the bottom 3 inches of it was filled with mud....

LIFE! cleaned the ECU out. let it sit for 2 days then vwala! it started! now I just need a coil to fix the run rough. no/ intermitent spark on one side of the coil. good/ strong signal.

and yes. I tried getting my car running with the ECU like this. 3 days later I took everything apart. Took the ECU apart and cleaned it with water...yes water. then let everything sit/dry for 2 days. Then I plugged it in and BAM! It runs! now I just need a coil to fix the run rough. Subie for the WIN!!!!

Right on dude !!!!! are you going to relocate it higher up? what other electrical stuff would be a good idea to reroute higher? I have wires running right by my front wheels I wanna redo to protect em.

got her a bit muddier this week. I found a fantastic new development that doesn't have pavement or anything, just a bit of plumbing here or there and is hidden between more new developments they are currently working on and some old farmers fields. I spend 45 minutes without seeing anyone while I was there!

Tried a coil. didn't fix it. so now i'm gunna go to the junk yard monday for parts...
