Rear Driver Side Wheel Fender Broken

My parking spot is right next to the garbage bin at the end of the street (Apartment Complex). Every morning I go to work I backup out of my spot and head to work, well a few days ago when I backed up, I didn't notice that the garbage bin was way out of it's area, when I turned the wheel, my back fender right above my wheel chipped. It left a nasty green skid down the side of my bumper, and took a good chunk out of the fender plating. Is there a site where I can order a new fender or just the plate that is right above the wheel. I can buff out the scratches and get it painted no problem. But that broken plate is an eyesore...
