Default NORPAC Div. RallyCross Nat. Challenge May 25th-27th at Prairie City

Show me the money, with Subaru VW and other manufacturers giving contingency support* again this year to RallyCross, we will be able to fight for some dinero on May 25th-27th.

Pre reg link:

http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/...event_id=13178

*to be eligible for contingency, you must be a current SCCA member and be signed up for the appropriate program, don't forget to sign up.

We will also be running this as two individual day events for regional competition, so come on out for one day if you can't make both and score some points and have fun with us.

As usual, save some money and camp on site for free. Hotels in the area range from $50-$100/night.

Base entry fee for SCCA members will be $90 for the National Challenge, +/- the usual discounts. Weekend SCCA membership fee will be $10.

Registration will be setup in a day or two, let the smack talk begin.

One day competitor SCCA member price $50, Saturday competition will conclude with a BBQ, free to competitors. Burgers, hotdogs, chips drinks, etc. Any vegetarian requests?

Don't miss out, if we're lucky we'll get some great competition from Socal and Oregon region folks, come on out and see how you can do against the best that make the trip.

Brent

Any new word on this Brent? BTW, what's the surface like out there? Is it hard packed like Fountain or a little softer like Tulsa or gravely or what? Maybe I'll look for a vid on youtube.

Yeah, I'll start getting details set up. It's a crazy site, it is hard packed like Fountain on the VORRA track, with some areas of gravel like Miller and still some softer loose stuff like some overflow parking lots that even the newest tires can't dig down deep for full traction. Youtube is a great resource for info, especially if it could rain. Oh and did I mention elevation change.

I'll set up the prereg at myauto events, that's crazy that it is only a month to go. Work is cutting into to my free time too much.

I've already got the sanction/insurance in order.

Gonzo, Come on over, and drag Karl along with you guys.

Brent

Thanks for the post Jay, I'm not saying I'm starting the "burned out" phase of organizing, has it been 6 years already, but if someone wants to learn how much fun it is, I'd be happy to start training a replacement, maybe another 6 years and I'll be tired.

Prereg is my next priority, then the after event paperwork for the 2 events we just did this past weekend.

Dude, you really worked your tail off this weekend.

Is there anything I can do to help with the online/paperwork/results (now and future stuff)?

Thanks for the "get off your butt and finish" encouragement Jay.

PreReg is set up, link below, tell all your rallycross friends to sign up and come out and have some fun with us.

http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/...event_id=13178

I think now is a good time to start some smack talk with the Socal folks and I encourage everyone who can attend to go to Glen Helen and share the fun with those guys. I'm going, as is Mike anyone else?

Sorry for the delay, but everything else is ready now.

Brent
